SAVVY SECTIONS™ - THE CAPSULE COLLECTION TERMS OF USE

Savvy Sections - Capsule Collection License & Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Salters Solutions, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the purchaser (“you,” “your,” or “Licensee”).

By purchasing, accessing, or using any Savvy Sections™ - Capsule Collection, sections and design components provided by Salters Solutions, LLC (the “Sections and design components”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

License Grant


Salters Solutions, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased Savvy Sections™ - Capsule Collection, sections and design components for the sole purpose of creating your own business websites and funnels on the HighLevel, Inc.® platform. You may use the sections and design components for your own website(s), use the sections and design components in funnel projects, and modify, customize, and personalize the sections and design components as needed for your business projects. This license is granted to one individual business or one business entity only.

Prohibited Uses


You may not, under any circumstances, resell, sublicense, distribute, share, gift, or transfer the Savvy Sections™ - Capsule Collection, sections and design components or share snapshots in any form; include the sections and design components (in whole or in part) in templates, libraries, snapshots, bundles, courses, or resources for sale or free distribution; share access with contractors, employees, collaborators, or team members who have not purchased their own license; claim the Savvy Sections™ - Capsule Collection, sections and design components as your own original work; use the sections and design components to create competing products or services; or publish, post, or make the sections and design components available publicly in any downloadable or shareable format. Any unauthorized use constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

Intellectual Property Rights


The Savvy Sections - Capsule Collection and its content, including, but not limited to, Savvy Sections design components, snapshot links, layouts, systems, documentation, Style Box contents, Signature Sales Page template, Must Have CSS Guide, training videos and other associated resources are intellectual property owned by Cheryl Salters of Salters Solutions, LLC.

Your Capsule Collection Snapshot provides a license to use the Savvy Sections™ - Capsule Collection, sections and design components as part of your personal business website and funnels but does not transfer ownership of any creative work or resource. Any violations of this term, and all terms contained herein, will be legally pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership, copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights to you.

Delivery, Access, and Digital Nature of Product


The Savvy Sections™ - Capsule Collection, sections and design components are delivered digitally via HighLevel, Inc.® snapshots immediately upon purchase. Because this is a digital product with instant access, all sales are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to failure to use the product, incompatibility with your workflow, change of business direction, or accidental purchase.

No Support, Updates, or Ongoing Access Guarantees
The Savvy Sections™ - Capsule Collection is provided as a standalone product. No updates, additions, or replacements are guaranteed. No one-on-one support, troubleshooting, or customization services are included. Educational content may be provided at the Company’s discretion. Ongoing access to updates, education, community support, or additional sections and design components may be available through separate offerings.

No Guarantees or Warranties


The Sections and design components are provided “as is” and “as available.” Salters Solutions, LLC makes no guarantees regarding business growth, client bookings, revenue, design outcomes, or website performance. Results depend on individual implementation, experience, and business practices.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salters Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Savvy Sections™ - Capsule Collection sections and design components. In no event shall the Company’s total liability exceed the amount paid for the product.

Indemnification


You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Salters Solutions, LLC, its owners, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your misuse of the sections and design components, your violation of this Agreement, or your client work, representations, or business practices.

Termination & Enforcement
Salters Solutions, LLC reserves the right to revoke access immediately and without refund if this Agreement is violated, pursue legal remedies for unauthorized use, redistribution, or infringement, and seek injunctive relief where necessary to protect intellectual property. Termination does not relieve you of obligations under this Agreement.

Payment, Purchase, Chargebacks, Payment Terms & Disputes

When you pay for the Program by credit card, you authorize and give permission to Salters Solutions, LLC. to charge your credit or debit card for the amount owed for payment of the Program. When you purchase the Program, your information (i.e. credit card and contact info) may be collected by the third-party merchant, current payment processor is Stripe, PayPal or AfterPay, (depending on the payment method you choose at checkout), who may have privacy policies or security practices that are different than ours. Salters Solutions, LLC., is not responsible for the merchant’s independent policies or practices. Payment Plans are not offered for digital resources.

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will be considered a breach of this Agreement. The Company reserves the right to provide evidence of digital delivery and agreement acceptance to the payment processor.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which Salters Solutions, LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

Severability


If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Salters Solutions, LLC regarding the Savvy Sections™ - Capsule Collection, sections and design components and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.

Acceptance of Terms


By purchasing, accessing, or using the Savvy Sections™ - Capsule Collection, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement in full.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the state of Texas. Any action brought by any party arising out of or from these Terms shall be brought within the Texas, County of Collin.

By purchasing and/or participating in the Program, you implicitly signify your agreement to all of the terms in these Terms of Use.
